Resourcing Manager for Award Winning Consultancy

Award winning consultancy is looking for an interim Resourcing Manager on an interim basis. Your focus will be working closely with the stakeholders, fulfilling resourcing requests for client projects and ensuring your consultants are fully utilised. Working in a fast paced and professional environment, accountabilities include:

• Supporting and delivering end to end resourcing solutions for client projects
• Responsibility for headcount management and capacity planning, optimising the utilisation of your client workforce
• Analysing your pipeline and understanding resource needs to ensure requirements are always met
• Liaising with the business and HR to keep abreast of resourcing needs
• Sourcing new candidates, market mapping, building talent pools, facilitating assessments, managing agency relationships and screening candidates

Skills and experience:

• Must have previous experience of resource management (this is not a recruitment role)
• Must have experience of workforce planning and managing staff utilisation for client projects
• Will consider resource coordinators, as long as you are used to partnering with stakeholders and managing your own resource projects
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written with strong attention to detail
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Excellent organisation, multi-tasking and prioritisation skills
• Strong team player who works well under their own initiative and is results driven
