My client is a market leading UK family run business, who are continually expanding and evolving.

Currently, they are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their Payroll Project team on a 14 month fixed contract basis to support the Payroll Project Lead.

Key Role Responsibilities:

- Supporting the successful delivery of the new Payroll Processes and ultimately the Payroll module for the new group wide solution

- Be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of Payroll data in conjunction with the Payroll Lead

Additional Responsibilities

- Assisting Payroll lead to validate and cleanse data if required

- Liaising with all business Payroll teams to clarify payroll processes and requirements

- Providing scheduled and ad hoc reporting

- Provide Go Live support as required

- Supporting system testing and deployment of testing

Skills Required

The successful candidate will have:

Solid experience in a Payroll AdministrationSolid experience of supporting the implementation of new systems Working knowledge of payroll processes and workflowsExperience of testing and/or configuring payroll SystemsCoreHR experience (Desirable, not essential)Ability to effectively prioritise and deliver in a demanding environmentTechnically competent and proficient in computer applications in respect of generating and interpreting data/reportsAbility to deal with confidential dataAble to work under pressure, self-motivated - driven to achieve resultsPlease note this is a fast expanding team and there may be the opportunity for a permanent role after the project has been completed.
