Senior HR Consultant
A new role for a professional HR interim to join a growing global organisation which sits within the manufacturing industry. The role requires a hands on individual who will get involved in all generalist duties.
Our client is a global organisation which sits in the manufacturing industry and is based in the Midlands.
Key duties include:
Managing ER cases - day to day and more complex
Write policies, procedures and internal company documents
Support on HR admin
Develop and support line managers with performance training
Support on wide HR projects
Be a go to for the more junior members of the team
The ideal candidate would be a career professional HR interim who has worked across many sectors and been involved in lots of HR projects. You should be confident working on complex ER cases as well as working on projects focused around employee success programmes. Ideally you will have the expertise in full change and transformation projects which have affected the whole company.
