Page Personnel are working with a leading industrial firm based in Huddersfield who are actively seeking a HR & Payroll Administrator to add value to their HR function. This will be a fast-paced and varied position encompassing a variety of both HR and Payroll duties to ensure employees are paid correctly along with processing all transactional HR elements.

A successful and well-established industrial firm based in Huddersfield who are actively seeking a HR & Payroll Administrator to add value to their HR function.

Description

In a fast-paced and varied HR & Payroll Administrator position in Huddersfield, roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Send out job offer letters and contracts of employment to new employees ensuring that all details are correct
  • Create attendance sheets for employees from resource information provided to assist the creation of sickness absence information
  • Complete employee payroll every month/week ensuring that details are correct and that the relevant departments are informed
  • Maintain and update the disciplinary and recruitment spreadsheets ensuring that all relevant documents are entered sending monthly copies to managers across the company
  • Answer internal and external HR enquiries as and when required

Profile

Background and experience in either HR or Payroll-related positions

Possess a strong desire for a career in HR or Payroll

A high attention to detail is essential

Excellent communication ability both written and verbal

Job Offer
