Learning & Development Manager FTC 14 Months

Are you able to build strong relationships with various levels of people from across the firm? Thrive working with demanding individuals and comfortable to use strong influencing skill, whilst keeping calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines?

The firm are looking for an experienced Learning and Development manager to join their team on a 14 month fixed term. Reporting to the Head of Learning you will be responsible for managing the growing innovation training programme and for design and delivering skills training across the population, with the need to successfully build relationships at all levels and work collaboratively essential. Managing external providers will also form part of the responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will have worked within a similar professional services environment and have experience of designing and delivering skills training and ideally working on innovation-related projects.
