Interim Compensation Consultant
LMA is delighted to be representing a Financial Services company in the London area to recruit an Interim Compensation Consultant.
The Interim Compensation Consultant will lead a specialist project, reviewing and auditing the firms front office compensation plans in line with banking regulations and conduct.
You will be the Compensation and regulation expert , managing relationships with external regulators, legal, finance and compliance teams.
You will review the current compensation plans and performance metrics, reviewing the plans suitability and ability to drive sustainable growth that is aligned to the ethical and regulatory banking remuneration codes.
The ideal candidate will have sufficient front office Comp plan design experience and substantial exposure to banking regulation and appropriate governance processes.
