I am delighted to be working with a well-known services company based in North London. This is a 12 month FTC.
To be considered for this role you must possess the following skills/experience -
·Previous experience within a HR administrative roles
·Proven track record of success in a very busy fast paced environment
·Really strong customer service skills
·Steady work history - not job hopping
·Strong user of Word and Excel
·Able to work using own initiative
·Able to prioritise tasks as demands change
·Happy to interact on the phone - chase updates and detail
·Thrives in a small team in a fast paced environment
·Can do attitude
About the role
Working within a small team
·Adding new starters/entrants to system
·HR processes - leave entitlement etc.
·Updating spreadsheets, maintaining detail for reporting and tracking
·Health & safety related admin
