Our public sector client is recruiting for a permanent HR Business Partner for a 12 month FTC to support 700 employees following a restructure. Located just outside of Brighton train station, this is an excellent opportunity for someone to work in a brand new role and have the opportunity to shape the current HR team of 25.
Your new role
As a HR Business Partner you will be line managing a team of 3 senior HR professionals and responsible for setting the vision and direction of the BP service, aligned to the people strategy. You will work closely with your senior HR colleagues to identify, develop and maintain a high quality, business focused quit of HR solutions. You will have a high involvement in employee relations and Organisation Development across the organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role you need proven experience of working in a business partnering role with CIPD Level 7 or equivalent. You must also be confident in line managing HR Business Partners with employee relations experience.
