Day to day you will be assisting customers with product support providing information and over the phone assistance as and when required.
Profile
- At least 1 year of customer service or support experience
- Strong oral and written language skills in English
- Effective Multi-tasking
- Basic to intermediate level of maths skill required to assist customers with their vital statistics
- Experience using SAP and MS Office
