Regional HRBP - West Midlands, Worcestershire
£50-55k + car allowance
3 months FTC
Please note you will need to be available within a week of appointment
My client is seeking an experienced Regional HRBP who can support the business and provide appropriate HR advice on key issues such as Disciplinaries, Grievances and Employee health issues whilst ensuring legislation, policy and best practice are followed.
Responsible for a small team of Regional HR Advisors, your main stakeholders will be the Regional Operational Directors in the business who you will partner with.
The successful candidate will have a generalist background with multi-site experience and ideally from retail background or B2C
