Proven HR Advisor required to join an expanding, fun, relaxed but professional Global Tech Consultancy in London. You will be a natural and engaging communicator who is driven to develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

You will be working alongside a team of professionals for a Global Tech Consultancy.

Description

The role of the HR Advisor will be to provide administration assistance in the delivery of HR operations i.e. supporting the internal recruitment and payroll process, helping to deliver support and advice to teams and ensuring that projects are delivered effectively.

  • Able to manage the full life-cycle of recruitment (annual Graduate programme plus ad-hoc vacancies) for both staff and contractor team
  • Applicants should be comfortable in a fast paced working environment
  • Review, refresh and maintain employment related polices and advise on best practice
  • Employee Relations management - both staff and contractor team
  • Staff team development and advisory
  • Seek out and develop relationships with potential talent

Profile

The successful HR Advisor will have the following skills and attributes:

  • A proven track record of HR Advisory
  • Minimum of three years knowledge of having worked within Human Resources
  • Confident and assertive manner with respect for confidentiality
  • Effective communicator within all areas of the business
  • Advisor to leadership team
  • Detail driven and methodical in your approach
  • Adaptable within a growing team
  • Team orientated with excellent work ethic

Job Offer

This is a permanent opportunity for an HR Advisor based in London.

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + benefits + discretionary annual bonus (salary will be dependent on level of experience)
