Working within the Sales Administration team, the role is to work closely with and provide general administrative support to the Sales Managers to cover finance admin during staff holidays.

You will be working for an extremely successful family owned agricultural business based near Thame, Oxfordshire. Established for over 40 years this business is a market leader. You will be working in a small team of 3 administrators in a supportive environment.

Description

As the Sales Administrator you will be working within the Sales Administration team, the role is to work closely with and provide general administrative support to the Sales Managers and to cover finance admin during staff holidays

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Ordering Equipment

As the Sales Administrator your duties will consist of but not be limited to

  • Processing Sales Tickets

  • Process Finance Quotes

  • Raising Finance Documents

  • Chasing Finance Houses for Pay-Outs

  • Processing Stock Orders

  • Supporting Adhoc requests that come into Sales Admin Inbox

  • Allocating Finance and Customer Deposits Payments

  • Updating Deals in process so that everyone is aware of the status of the deal

  • Supporting the Finance Manager / Directors

  • Work closely with the sales team

  • Raising Invoice and Credit notes for customer accounts and finance house

Profile

Previous experience of working in a Sales Administrative role is desirable, along with solid IT and interpersonal skills.

The right candidate will have the below skills:

  • A "Can-Do" attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure

  • The ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships

  • The ability to work individually and as part of a team

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work under strict deadlines

  • English, Maths GCSE (or equivalent) at grade C or above
