International Mobility Manager
Our client, a global services provider is growing their Dubai team and are looking for an International Mobility Manager to join them.
You will be responsible for
- Providing relocation management services to clients
- Develop and manage relationships with HR Directors in the region, in order to deliver effectively to meet business needs with the agreed policy and client service frameworks
- Effectively coach and develop direct reports providing learning and growth opportunities
- Build excellent customer relationships to exceed customer expectations
Key requirements
- Demonstrated prior success in leading, building and developing international mobility teams with a focus on customer service, operational excellence and standardisation of approach
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong knowledge of international mobility in Dubai region
- Arabic language skills beneficial, not essential
