This will be an instrumental role, and a truly exciting opportunity- where you will be tasked to create and lead through to implementation the People Strategy for this new site- including organisation construct, talent acquisition and development, engagement, reward shaping and influencing the delivery of the new service for the site in East London. You will be involved with business leaders, from the early phase to really shape the People strategy for this new, state of the art and specialist services- specialising in Oncology, Cardiology and Paediatric services.

The existing People Plan and Vision will shape this new site, and working closely with the Hospital Director ,and various members of HR, adopting a business partnering approach across the whole project, working closely with stakeholders at all levels.

The People Partner will be instrumental in driving and shaping people focused initiatives that enables the project to achieve its primary and secondary operational goals through the timely resourcing, on-boarding and development of the team ensuring that the is suitably resourced, developed to agreed budget, timings and quality parameters, whilst working collaboratively with centres of expertise.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

*Co-create with the Project team the People Strategy for the hospital, planning and preparing for each phase so that go live is smooth, with a well-resourced and engaged team so that that organisation construct is robust pre and post opening.
*To manage and influence the end to end people process from sourcing, on-boarding and induction to ensure our people are conn
*To actively engage with key stakeholders to create a robust and timely talent acquisition plan which is underpinned by a workforce plan.
*Establish effective working relationships across the organisation, in particular the centres of expertise to facilitate the delivery of effective people solutions which deliver the projects strategic objectives
*Play a proactive partnering role within the project, challenging and pushing boundaries helping to generate and support innovate ideas or services
*Support and deliver all business area change and OD activity ensuring alignment to overall strategic objectives of the People vision of the organisation
*Constantly review and monitor People service provision within the project, responding where appropriate to changing requirements.
*Lead change and service delivery programmes and projects individually and through the team.
*Drive organisational effectiveness by ensuring business area are compliant to all core people fundamentals such as effective management of Absence, Performance, Resource and Talent, identifying the relevant support required where this is not the case.
*Coach and empower Direct Leaders and Team members to take initiative and solve problems, ensuring that we create great leaders
