Compensation Manager

Oakleaf Partnership are working with an international Legal firm based in City of London recruiting for a Compensation Manager. This is a permanent position.

Successful candidate will be:

Comfortable building spreadsheet data from scratch and developing reporting to support the decision making process.

In depth knowledge and prior work experience of benchmarking roles and use of external salary surveys.

Experience of a professional services environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Outstanding organisational skills and ability to multi-task.

Strong attention to detail with a focus on operational excellence.

Ability to work under own initiative as required and without precedent.

Strong time management skills, ability to stay calm under pressure when juggling multiple mandates.
