Employee Relations Lead, 45K - 50K + benefits, West London
I am working exclusively with a well-known hospitality brand, who is recruiting for a newly created Employee Relations Lead role. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a fantastic organisation who have a brilliant culture.
Reporting to the Head of Employee Relations, you will lead a number of exciting country wide initiatives to improve current processes and policies in order to best support line managers and employees. You will lead the HR Advisory team on their daily activities and provide coaching and support on any of their complex and high-profile ER cases. You will business partner line managers across the UK to coach them through their people issues, ensuring that best practice is implemented as timely and efficiently as possible to avoid any escalations.
We would be open to a strong HR Generalist who has a passion to specialise in ER, but you would need to have proven track record of Employee Relations experience and complex case management. Experience of Tribunals and dealing with ACAS is essential.
You will be an excellent collaborator with the ability to consult, influence, and partner with senior leaders and key stakeholders. Experience working in fast paced, commercial organisations would be highly beneficial.
