The Senior HR Advisor will provide a comprehensive HR advisory service to the commercial sector of the organisation. The post holder will be responsible for providing employee relations advice and will manage a case-load of both volume and complex ER issues, to include disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance and investigation cases. The Senior HR Advisor will produce, analyse and make recommendations based on HR management information data. Additional responsibilities will include supporting the HR Business Partner with HR projects, including change management, employee engagement and wellbeing. The role will include some regional travel.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful must be a HR Advisor with strong experience of generalist HR and managing complex employee relations casework. It is essential that candidates are qualified to CIPD Level 5 as a minimum and have some exposure to HR project work. Candidates must be enthusiastic, keen to learn and be comfortable providing HR support to senior stakeholders. Previous experience of the not-for-profit, retail, social care or healthcare sector would be advantageous.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £28,000 to £32,000 plus benefits.
