Page Personnel are working with a nationwide utilities organisation who are actively seeking a Regional HR Advisor to add value to their HR function on an initial 12 month FTC with a potential of the role becoming permanent. This is a varied and autonomous home-based role with regular travel to provide a consultative HR service to various site managers. Availability to start immediately is essential.

Description

In a fast-paced and varied Regional HR Advisor opportunity, roles and responsibilities are to include:

  • Provide guidance and practical expertise to line managers on policy related issues to ensure the best performance of both their team as a whole and the individuals within it
  • Provide professional advice and support in disciplinaries, grievances, appeals and performance management issues
  • Undertaking employee consultation as part of TUPE/reorganisation, by providing support to managers in 1-2-1's, data gathering and managing letter production
  • Support in the collation and analysis of HR information, including the monitoring of HR activity against key performance metrics
  • Actively contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives aimed at improving people management and business performance
  • Managing relationships with recognised trade unions and provide data where appropriate

Profile

Solid background in an Advisor-level or above position

CIPD level 5 preferred

Demonstrable ability to manage a wide complexity of E.R cases

Ability to build and maintain multiple stakeholder relationships throughout the business

Availability to start immediately ESSENTIAL

Full UK driving licence ESSENTIAL
