An exciting position has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner to work within a distribution company based in the West Midlands.

The key responsibilities include to lead the development and execution of the local employee relations strategy including Union Relations and be able to deliver HR training and support for functional processes. Succession planning and people development is high on the agenda and therefore will be the responsibility for the HR Business Partner to implement and lead in this area.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a HR Business Partner within a large complex organisation. You will have excellent communications and presentation skills with strong a good understanding of commercial acumen and have worked as a Business Partner. Ideally you will be a chartered member of CIPD of working towards it however must hold a Degree.
The HR Business Partner will receive £50'000 plus benefits.
