HR Operations & Change Director

They are looking to drive change and become the employer of choice within their sector and a leading purpose driven business.

You will be leading people services and operations in their HQ, driving innovation, strategy and HRIS. This role would be working closely with the business and defining efficiency and effectiveness in their processes. You will be a key player in developing the change approach and supporting the future platform.

Your extensive background in HR operations within international environments leading change management will be a key benefit to our client. In conjunction your expertise of coaching and developing others will support the growth of your team in this role as well and drive execution standards across the business.
