I am exclusively partnering a key client in the appointment of an interim Head of HR Change role leading a transformational change programme across a commercially focused business.

Description

This role is a 12 month fixed-term contract with the potential to either extend or even become permanent.

Reporting into the HR Director, you will be a strategically aligned HR professional who will be concentrated on designing and delivering to a commercially focused change programme that will be impactful across the entire business.

From a HR perspective, you will be the subject matter expert and programme director, and therefore be the key interface with senior and PMO stakeholders.

You will formulate and lead an OE transformation programme that consider the following;

  • The customer base, commercial opportunities and structural lines to deliver
  • The processes, procedures and cycles to enable a smooth and consistent approach to deliver
  • The right people, with the right skills, in the right roles
  • Communications, people engagement and delivery of the programme
  • Increase customer base and engagement
  • Increase revenue and profitability

You will be based in the Cheshire area with some national travel.

Profile

As the Head of HR Change, you will be confident and assertive - with an outgoing personality and an informal, yet professional style. You must be able to communicate effectively to all areas of the business; grassroots to leadership.

Understanding the business operations, the talent employed and the strategic focus the business, you will be a natural business advisor to the leadership team. As an HR leader, you will be the moral compass of the business, and look to evolve behaviours at all levels - within the HR team, and across the wider business.

You will be equipped with an astute toolkit which will enable you to manage projects within a senior generalist role; ER, IR, Talent, Engagement, D&I etc.

You must have experience within a fast-paced, matrixed and dynamic environment, which you have taken through a transformative OE journey.

You must be MCIPD certified. You will ideally also understand the following methodologies;

  • Six Sigma (continuous improvement)
  • Prince 2 (project management)

Job Offer

This 12 month fixed-term role will paid £70,000 to £80,000 per annum. You will also receive the following;
