HR Assistant Global Real Estate Firm12-Month Maternity CoverCity of London (Must be able to start by 19th August) I am working with a Global Real Estate firm that are seeking an HR Assistant over a 12-month maternity cover. The role is providing full generalist administrative support to the HRBP Advisory Team and Head of HR. In addition to this, you will support a client base of up to 80 individuals. Responsibilities:New joiner administration - assisting the recruitment team in drafting contract and preparing offer packsMaintaining accurate HR records in all HR SystemsEnsuring monthly payroll and benefits data is accurateAdministration management around temps and contractors to ensure that relevant approvals are in placeProviding an advisory service to Finance employees globally, ensuring they are fully aware of their rights and entitlementsSupporting with grievance, disciplinary and capability investigations and hearings globallyOverseeing induction portal and induction processes across Europe and Asia PacificAssisting with maintaining and updating the hiring plan with Corporate Finance and the Recruitment team Skills:Strong Microsoft Office skillsExcellent attention to detailDetail orientated and highly organizedExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAdaptability to use own initiative to identify problems and deliver solutions
