Head of HR, 90K to 100K base + benefits, Surrey/West London
Investigo is working exclusively with a leading Services organisation based in West London/Surrey. This well-known UK business is undergoing an exciting period of global Transformation through the roll out of a new ERP system. This is an exciting opportunity as senior strategic HR professional to sit on the Senior Leadership Team and business partner a diverse and expanding European Project team.
We are looking for a highly commercial senior HR professional with excellent business partnering skills providing support and guidance at a senior level. Strong experience as a strategic business partner, ideally supporting European or Global project teams. Proven Transformation and Change experience in challenging, multi-national environments. The scope of this role is focused on the EMEA region and it is essential that the successful candidate has experience of supporting European client groups, specifically working with Works Councils.
Your key responsibilities will include the full suite of HR Generalist responsibilities, managing a team, supporting senior stakeholders and the CoE to ensure the efficient and successful deployment of the new system whilst leading and implementing the People strategy through a significant period of change.
