EMEA Benefits Manager
Oakleaf are working with a retail organisation on a Global Total Reward Manager maternity cover role. The role will report into the Head of Reward and will have the support on an Analyst within the team. This is a project based role, focusing on European markets but working closely with the US and Canada.This role is predominantly benefits focused but will encompass some compensation and give the opportunity for someone to develop in this area. They are going to be introducing an euto enrolment in some of the EMEA countries. Additionally, there is a focus on the health and wellbeing priority rolling out across Europe and this role will lead the strategy around this. They will also be introducing a new benefits portal in collaboration with the US. This organisation is an extremely values driven business and requires a candidate who has exceptional stakeholder management skills and needs to be used to being in a business facing role.
