Description

Role of the Reward Analyst in London:

Supports the Reward Managers and the Reward team in implementing the organisation's compensation programs so they are administered effectively and in accordance with the Group's reward strategy. The Reward Analyst is responsible for:

  • Administering the compensation programs in accordance with the Group Reward policies and procedures
  • Conducting job analysis and evaluation
  • Support the Reward team or Reward Manager in the management of the annual compensation cycle across the Group

  • Realising ad hoc benchmark analysis for the business in order to offer an adequate and attractive package to potential candidates
  • Supporting the Reward Manager and the Reward team on any compensation & benefits ad hoc analysis or other HR project on the reward side
  • Support the Company Secretary Department and Reward Manager in the management of various Share Plans

Profile

Experience required for the Reward Analyst in London:

  • Solid experience in a fast-paced HR environment

  • Established expertise in the management of Compensation and Benefits in a medium to large organisation

  • Highly numerate and analytical with advanced excel skills

  • Significant experience of working with HRIS

  • Tech savvy

  • Flexible and agile team worker

  • Strong and well established interpersonal skills

  • Growth mindset

  • Graduate calibre
