Description
Working alongside the HR Manager, you will be responsible for all generalist HR duties shadowing the HR Manager and supporting her with ER cases and project work.
You will be self sufficient in your own HR Administration and be the first point of contact for all HR enquiries providing advice and guidance. You will manage recruitment and have involvement in L&D and training initiatives.
The role will involve ad hoc travel to UK wide sites when needed (all planned).
Profile
- CIPD qualified to level 3
- Graduate or 1-2 years experience within HR
- Keen learner and self starter
- Passion for HR
