I am working with a great hospitality company based in Reading who are looking for a permanent eLearning Designer and Coordinator on a part time basis.This role will be working 2.5/3 days a week remotely but does require travel to the Head Office in Reading on a monthly basis. You will identify, design and deliver relevant and engaging eLearning interventions to support business initiatives and staff to develop the knowledge and skills required to not only provide an exceptional service but to help them progress and develop within their career.The role includes but is not limited to:Work directly with internal customers and subject matter experts to advise on and design in-house learning and development contentApply instructional design to create interactive and engaging eLearning, adhering to brand guidelines and agreed standardsConsult with subject matter expert to design storyboard/script to ensure eLearning content is technically accurate and achieves required learning outcomeEvaluate, maintain and update eLearning content to ensure that it is relevant and currentDeliver eLearning using a range of formats that are interactive, enthuse and enable learners to develop and apply new skills and behavioursWorking with other members of the L&D Team to ensure the company offer appropriate classroom and eLearning trainingIn conjunction with the L&D Coach(s) responsible for the training mailbox, managing and responding to and/or forwarding queries appropriately within 24hrs SLAIdeally you will have knowledge of eLearning platforms and managing a database and experience using instructional design techniques to design effective eLearning solutions. You need to be able to confidently contribute to the scripting/storyboarding process and share with SME's. it would be great if you have good knowledge working with SCORM and Articulate.If this is something of interest, then get in touch ASAP for more information.
