Senior Reward Manager
A small Financial Services organisation based in Central London is currently looking for a Senior Reward Manager to join them on a permanent basis in a newly created role. Acting as the most senior individual in reward, the Senior Reward Manager will be responsible for managing one individual and leading on the direction and development of the reward function. Key responsibilities:Manage the organisations equity plans including; performance-based reward schemes and LTIPSLead on the annual compensation processEnsure the organisations reward offering is in line with necessary remuneration regulationsReview and develop the organisations benefits programOversee and sign off on payroll The organisation is looking for a dedicated reward professional with experience managing equity plans and comp processes within Financial Services to join a collaborative and hardworking team.
