Your new company
You will be working as a Recruitment Coordinator, for a Government organisation in Central London. The role will start ASAP and is to last until 31st December.
The role is full time (9am - 5pm; 35 hours per week), and will pay £16 per hour via PAYE or £17.50 per hour via Umbrella company.
Candidates should be immediately available or on 1 week notice as a maximum, as the role will start ASAP.

Your new role
The purpose of the role is to support Graduate and Apprentice recruitment and will involve 50% onboarding and 50% planning and coordinating assessment centres. Candidates must have excellent organisational skills and be proactive and efficient.
Duties include; Coordinating, supporting and administering elements of the end to end scheme recruitment and development processes, planing, coordinating and facilitating assessment events, arranging logistics such as room bookings and arranging materials, and providing on the day support for assessors and candidates.
You will also be responsible for the on-boarding process to ensure that all contracts are issued, pre-employment screening occurs and all new starter details are created accurately on SAP. You will also support a Recruitment Consultant in the delivery of the induction process for all new starters.

What you'll need to succeed
Candidates must have excellent organisational skills and be proactive and efficient. Candidates should be immediately available or on 1 week notice as a maximum, as the role will start ASAP. You must also be experienced in end to end recruitment administration and coordination, with experience of on-boarding from start to finish. Ideally, candidates will have a public sector background.
