My client, a leading global technology company have an opportunity for an International Compensation Manager to join their reward team.Reporting into the Reward Director and working very closely with their international reward teams you will have a number of responsibilities including:Managing the year end, bonus and job evaluation/grading processesCreating strategic compensation programmes and ensuring that pay is competitive against the marketDesign, review and update pay structuresKeeping up to date with market trends and ensuring that the compensation model is unique and one that will actively engage employeesWorking on ad hoc reward projects as and when requiredWe are looking for someone with a strong background in reward who has worked on an international basis and has excellent Excel skills.To be considered, please apply accordingly
