HR Operations and Payroll Lead
Annapurna Recruitment is recruiting a HR Operations Team Lead for a large online retail organisation based in Central London.
As a HR Operations Team Lead you will report into the Director of People Operations. You will be the first point of escalation for the HR Operations team.
Your duties will include:
Administration of monthly payroll from start to finish for all employees. Liaise with the external payroll provider to enusre SLA's are met.
Responsible for employee lifecycle, i.e onboarding, transfers, leavers.
First point of contact for people data issues and reporting issues. Manage the KPI reports and ensure that all the data is correct on the HRIS.
Monitor and prirotise the volumes coming into the team and delegate to enusre effective delivery.
Manage the integration of the Payroll into the HRIS, including and ensuring effective data flows are interfaced between borth HRIS and Payroll systems.
Partnering with the finance team on production of any reporting, audits and the monthly payroll reports.
Lead on HR Projects (onboarding and exit interviews) collaborate with key stake holders across the business to improve general HR processes.
Strong HR experience.
Strong Payroll experience.
Good systems skills, SAAS based and good Excel skills.
This is an exciting role for somebody who is looking for a step up into more of a manegerial/team leader position. Salary £45,000 - £47,000 + Benefits.
