6 months Fixed Term Contract - Payroll Manager - paying up to £40,000.00

My client is a leading business with the charity industry based in London.

Due to a changes within the payroll division, they are in pursuit of a Payroll Manager to join their team on a 6 month fixed term contract.

To be considered successful, the ideal candidate must -

be proficient on UK payroll end to end

enjoy working on a large volume payroll

enjoy working in a team of 2, yet collaborative team

background in Payroll management

building a relationship with the outsource provider and ensuring there is a smooth delivery for payroll

ideally IPPM qualified

excellent relationship management skills

experience managing payroll related projects

strong communication and negotiation skills

experience of managing a team

knowledge of pension schemes and AE

ability to work to meet multiple and tight deadlines

flexible and adaptable
