Exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation based in Hatfield. They are looking for a HR Assistant 6 Month FTC to start ASAP. Previous experience within HR, as well as strong organisation and communication skills is necessary.

Description

  • Manage HR Inbox
  • Assist with Payroll
  • Contracts and offer letters
  • Process new starters and leavers
  • Deal with HR queries over the phone/ email
  • To create and/or keep up to date letter templates for all aspects of HR
  • To maintain the HR Database (Oracle)
  • Participate in HR Projects as and when required
  • Ad hoc duties

Profile

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be immediately available
  • Have previous experience in HR
  • Experience in an administrative function with experience of creating and maintaining templates, processes and policies
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workload
  • Able to work independently and within a collaborative, team environment
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
