Mostly Finance/Tech hires. Circa 30 live roles at a time. Large, complex environment

Description
Working within a team of 4. You will be responsible for circa 30 live roles at a time.
95% direct sourcing.
Mainly finance hires with some IT roles.
You will also be asked to mentor/up skill a junior member of the team.
Profile
You will be a strong, measured internal recruiter with a proven track record of direct sourcing for a large, complex business.
