This busy HR team need a HR Project Advisor to coordinate and deliver on a number of HR projects that impact the full enterprise. The contract will be 3-6 months long.

Description
My client are a growing business going through unprecedented levels of change at the moment. They're looking for additional support in the team to help them through this period.
The HR Project Advisor is needed to be a central point to support the delivery of some key HR projects. You'll work closely on the organisation development projects owned by the BPs. The HR Project Advisor will support with delivery across a wide rang of tasks. From supporting with admin, some BAU work advising the business on policy, and also using the HRIS system to find & manipulate data.
The team are looking for someone who can act as that keystone to pull the projects together and ensure they're success. You'll work across the full spectrum of HR generalist activities and have clear areas to deliver on yourself.
Profile
The HR Project Advisor will:
- have a generalist HR background with good knowledge of the full range of HR activities
- previously advised managers on HR policies/processes
- strong organisation skills
- good communication skills
- excellent analytical and excel skills
- some prior success delivering projects
Job Offer
A good salary for a 3-6 month fixed term contract.
