HR Systems Assistant
Do you want to develop your HR Systems and Analytics skills? Perhaps you're an HR Generalist looking to specialise, or maybe you have a background in systems and MI and want to build on your existing skills. A leading professional services firm in the City are looking for a HR Systems Assistant to join their small team.
You will support several HR systems, ensuring that the data is kept up to date and user issues are resolved so that the business can operate effectively. You'll run regular and ad-hoc reports, and work closely to provide accurate data for the annual pay review, absence reporting and performance management. You will also support on a number of HRIS projects.
Your previous experience manipulating data in Excel will be heavily relied upon. Any previous experience keeping HR systems up to date will allow you to hit the ground running. You will interact with stakeholders across the business, so will need to have excellent customer service skills.
