Our public sector client is recruiting for a Recruitment Specialist for a 23 month FTC to support 700 employees following a restructure. Located just outside of Brighton train station, this is an excellent opportunity for someone to work in a brand new role and have the opportunity to shape the current HR team of 25.
Your new role
As a recruitment specialist you will design, implement and develop a new recruitment strategy by working with senior managers and HR colleagues to understand key resource requirements in line with the organisations budget requirements. You will also be supporting senior stakeholders with their senior requirements; attending interviews as required and and advising panels as appropriate.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role you must have extensive knowledge of recruitment resourcing with knowledge of forecasting, budget management and workforce planning with extensive knowledge of in-house recruitment processes.
What you'll get in return
