HR Business Partner
I am currently recruit for a HR Business Partner on a 12 month fixed term contract. My client promotes and creates innovative research and support for people with life changing illnesses across the UK.
Reporting the Head of HR this role will be suppporting a client group of around 250. You will be partnering with the Heads and Key Directors within your business areas to develop and deliver the people objectives and drive the employee engagement and business performance. This will include the delivery of ambitious people plans that support your individual directorates. Working with the wider HR, talent and L&D teams to ensure a seamless service to your client group.
Supporting a long established client group you will continue to develop and challenge senior leadership teams to have an commercial approach to management and support them on the delivery of performance management. You will have the ability to build strong relationships with your client group and manage expectations and deliver the overall HR strategy. Alongside your Business Partnering role you will also lead and deliver on organisational design work at department and team level with the support of the HR team. It will also be beneficial that you have experience working on change management programmes.
This role requires a HR professional that is ambitious and has proven experience in a generalist HR capacity. You will have previously worked in large matrix organisations and be able to demonstrate how you have put people strategies in places. Whilst this role is full time my client would consider someone who wants to work from home 1-2 days/week.
