My client, a well known global bank in London, are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Coordinator to cover a period of maternity- August start date.

This position will look after end to end recruitment administration and coordination within a face-paced, process driven environment. Ideal candidates must be organised, highly attentive with a can do attitude. Previous administration experience preferably within an in house recruitment/HR environment is desirable.

Responsibilities will include:

  • High volume interview scheduling, dealing with busy and sometimes complex diaries
  • Relationship management with internal business areas, interviewers, recruitment agencies and direct/employee referral candidates
  • Reporting and tracking of candidates within the interview process
  • Generating reports and analysis to help to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the function
  • Contract generation and on-boarding
  • Assistance in managing agency relationships
  • Ad hoc project work

Suitable candidates will:

  • Strong administration experience ideally gained within a corporate environment
  • Methodical thinker
  • Confident liaising with senior business managers and leaders
  • Driven and motivated to learn and develop whilst dedicated to being an integral part of this team in the responsibilities you'd hold
  • Good level of knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
