Benefits Analyst - ManchesterPermanent£43,000 Oakleaf Partnership are working with a global financial services business based in Manchester. You will provide an effective, accurate and timely benefits delivery service with a particular focus on managing the international benefits renewals cycle to act as a lead data analyst. You will work in Manchester and this is a permanent role. We are looking for someone who has strong benefits experience ( international experience would be advantageous ) as you will be responsible for managing the EMEA cycle. The job responsibilities: Manage the renewal of International Medical Scheme including checking membership data and re-charging of the invoice as requiredAct as lead data analyst for the production of all benefits data metrics including; benefit and wellbeing metrics, production of annual benefit cost analysis report plus verification of vendor costsResponsible for maintaining data integrity on the International Benefits databaseAssist with Monthly data uploads of MyReward and troubleshooting system errorsDay to Day delivery of specific benefits tasks including acting as point of escalation for complex benefits and pension queriesDay to day management of MyHR queries ensuring all benefits are dealt with quickly The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills with a strong eye for detail. You must be an advanced user of Excel with strong data analytical skills.
