Training Programme Manager - National Role £40,000 - £45,000 + car

Your new role
As the Training Programme Manager you will take a front line role in the design, development and ownership of the talent development and succession planning programmes. These will include the ongoing refinement of the programmes, creating and developing resources, as well as carrying out induction programmes.

You will provide accurate management information, identifying training needs and indicating training ROI. You will provide an informative and engaging programme which will accelerate time-to-performance, whilst improving talent retention.

What you'll need to succeed
You should have experience creating innovative content, designing blended learning delivery programs and utilising multiple delivery methods. You will have an innovative approach encouraging and embracing of new ideas, with the ability to manage initiatives using technology and relationships to move projects forward. Ideally you will also be open to using and enabling informal learning methods to support and embed skills such as mentoring, scenario based learning etc...

You will require excellent collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to manage conflict resolution scenarios and senior stakeholders.
This role involves national travel and overnight stays.
