The HR Advisor will be responsible for providing a high quality HR service to the UK based managers ensuring policies and procedures are understood and implemented. The HR Advisor will be a main point of contact offering HR advice and will proactively coach and support managers with people related issues. The role will also require you to work closely with recruitment and lead on HR related queries within the hiring process. The successful candidate will have knowledge of UK employment law and best practice in HR management and will be proactive and professional in their approach.
