This is a great role to cover maternity leave for a fabulous HR Manager within a great small/mid-sized Tech company in Central London.
You will be working with a great team, managing a People Advisor and People Coordinator and supporting an International Head of People and Chief People Officer.
We are looking for a strong HR Generalist / HR Manager with a good ER background who is confident liaising with employees and management on a wide range of HR activities. This is an operational HR role, managing a busy inbox in a time of change for the business, and supporting the HR team to deliver a fantastic HR service.
We are ideally looking for someone with strong operational HR experience in a small business, ideally having exposure to payroll and benefits too. There will be an opportunity to work on international projects and manage change / restructuring initiatives.
We may consider really strong HR Advisors looking for a step up.
We are looking to submit CV's to the client by Friday 24thApril and will be arranging interviews for Tuesday 28th and Wednesday 29th April. We are ideally looking at candidates who are available immediately but the client would wait up to 1 month notice for the right person.
