£50,000 - £55,000

Central London

An exciting permanent opportunity has arisen within an international data and insights business based in Central London. Due to some movement within the team, they are looking for a driven HR Business Partner to join them to look after the EMEA population.

The purpose of the role is to help optimise the performance of the business. You will be a key member of the leadership team in the EMEA business, responsible for the delivery of the end to end HR strategy.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

Proactive strategic support; implementing HR processes, organisational design work, creating strategic business , talent management

Championing and driving approach to individual and team performance

Own L+D initiatives for EMEA to build employee capability and provide career development opportunities

Use data to enable better decision making across talent and HR

People manage team of 2

Facilitate and support hiring managers with recruitment ensuring the process is as streamline and effective as possible

Oversee policy development for the client group ensuring the business is compliant, competitive and distinctive

Key skills/experience:

Previous business partnering experience

Ideally EMEA exposure

Experience of people management

Enjoy working autonomously

Understanding of a fast-paced, fast-growth business

A flexible and collaborative approach

Experience managing complex employee relations cases

Well organised, and a "can-do" attitude
