HR Advisor

I am delighted to be working with a well established media business in Central London on their search for a HR Advisor.

This is a great opportunity for an established HR Advisor who is looking for a new challenge in a dynamic HR team. Although this is an HR Advisor position the business are looking for someone to closely business partner the population.

The business is looking for an HR Advisor with a broad generalist background who will have the gravitas to partner senior stakeholders. There are some quite challenging characters in the client group so you'll need to be able to hold your own and be really visible in the business. It's a very fast paced environment so you'll enjoy being busy!

In this role you'll be responsible for ER cases, lots of projects including Diversity & Inclusion, HR systems and process improvement, reviewing the induction process and management capability. You'll also manage their apprenticeship programme!

In order to be successful in this role you'll be a dynamic and confident individual who enjoys building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Salary - £35-45,000

Location - Central London, walking distance to tube and rail stations
