Oakleaf Partnership are currently working with a dynamic charity who are looking to appoint a Head of Learning & Development to join their team on a 9 month FTC basis. This position will report into the Chief People Officer and have management responsibilities for 2 L&D Managers. You will work alongside the leadership team to develop and implement the business talent/learning strategy. Key Accountabilities Create and implement strategies to encourage a culture of learning ensure that learning interventions are in-line with strategic needs and fit for purposeWork with the senior team on Talent strategyDeliver core policies to support and drive the right behaviours and underpin developmentWork collaboratively across functions to drive Talent, Succession and Leadership programmes to maximise future potentialWork collaboratively with the Recruitment Team to drive workforce planning by function to create an annual talent planWork with the HR Business Partners and leadership team on talent assessment, succession planning and talent developmentPromote a performance management culture across the business To be successful for this position you should have a experience of senior level learning & development positions including a track record of learning teams to deliver results. You should have experience in complex and ideally global commercial environments and be skilled in both design and delivery of learning initiatives.
