The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:
-Providing support with TUPE processes and transfers
-Dealing with complex ER casework
-Supporting the HR Team
-Experience with recruitment, change management.

-Understanding on TUPE processes
-Available to start as soon as possible
-Experience with change management
-Implementing and updating policy
-Able to handle complex ER casework.
