Senior Payroll Administrator - £30k - Accountancy Firm - Croydon

My client is a Leading Accountancy Firm based in Croydon who are currently looking to recruit a Senior Payroll Administrator.

This role will involve overseeing a client porfolio and the associated BAU but also being a senior mentor within the team and in the absence of the Payroll Manager.

The role will include -

Managing & Processing end to end monthly payrolls - accurately and timely

Coaching, mentoring and training other team members to ensure they perform work duties in accordance with SLAs

Dealing with all associated payroll processing tasks required for processing to completion of the payroll process

Dealing with a range of clients

Skills Required:

experience of working within a Practice/ bureau background

Strong excel skills

STAR or Safe EMS experience is preferable but not essential.
