People Consulting Manager-Professional Services
One of world most prestigious Professional Services firms are seeking a People Consulting Manager for their People Advisory team based from London.
If you are an HR Consultant looking for a new career working on leading projects in a more boutique environment with better prospects of rapid career progression and meteoritic culture this is the role for you.
The role will require you to have exposure to any of the following,
Client facing experience at manager levels with blue chip organisations
Knowledge of HR transformation programmes and HR Strategy
Understanding of the employee lifecycle including L&D, training , strategic workforce, retention and reward.
Understanding and experience of leading HR digital technology and digitalisation.
Understanding of organisation effectiveness, organisation design, people in deals.
Understanding of leadership assessment and support, behavioural diagnostics/psychometrics.
