Job Details

Oakleaf Partnership are currently working with a well-known travel business who are looking to appoint a HR Business Partner on a permanent basis.

The HR Business Partner will play a key role in proactively identifying, planning and meeting the people needs of the business. You will support the strategic enablers for the people agenda by partnering with leadership teams across the specific support services within the business.

You will work with Executive Directors and their Leadership Teams to create and deliver the 18 to 24 month people plans, to ensure return on people investment activities are maximised the short and medium term. You'll need to become a trusted and credible partner for managers - really integrating yourself within their team, and being someone they fully involve in their people decisions. Central to everything is your ability to communicate - with managers, employees and the HR&OD team - to ensure they are delivering an outstanding HR service. You will also drive the talent management agenda through working with Functional leaders and their teams to build a strong pipeline of future leaders and create sustainable succession planning.

Our client is ideally looking for candidates who have in depth experience in managing and embedding change from an HR perspective. You will also hold strong experience of delivering robust, commercial HR solutions across a complex environment.
